Anya Taylor-Joy

Anya Taylor Joy, a half-English and half-Spanish woman, was born on the 16th of April 1997 in Miami Florida. Dennis Alan Taylor is a retired banker and Jennifer Marina Joy is a psychology student. The father of her is Argentine and Scottish English descendance. Her mother's ancestry is Spanish and English. She was the first born of a family with six kids. Four are her siblings of the marriage that she had with Taylor's father. They were originally from Buenos Aires, but moved to Victoria as Taylor-Joy reached the age of six. Taylor Joy states that the move to England was extremely stressful. She was not willing to study English and was hoping to relocate back to Argentina. Her school had to change to Northlands and then Hill House. She later enrolled at Queen's Gate School where she studied ballet and acted in school productions. She quit high school at 16 to focus on her acting profession. Taylor-Joy always wished to become an actor. At the age of 16, Sarah Doukas Founder of Storm Management gave her the opportunity to become a model.
