Morgan Fairchild (born PatsyAnn McClenny March. 3 1950) is an iconic American actress. She gained prominence between the end of the 1970s and mid-80s, when she was featured in numerous television shows that usually reflected a glamorous look. Fairchild began her acting career from 1973-1977 on CBS' Search for Tomorrow show, a daytime soap that starred Jennifer Pace. In her first role as the actress playing Jenna Wade, she made her TV debut on CBS's daytime soap opera Dallas in the year 1978. The following year, she was offered a leading role on the NBC series Flamingo Road (1980), which won her a Golden Globe Award as Best Actress - Television Series - for that show. She co-starred with ABC on the soap Paper Dolls during 1984. In addition, she was on the show as Jordan Roberts in Falcon Crest from 1985 to 1986. Fairchild is also a performer in theatre and has played on TV shows like Murphy Brown, for which she was awarded an Primetime Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Guest Star in Comedy Series. Fairchild is also an SAG-AFTRA Board member.
